· Materials Choosing

Different raw materials for different product according to the special specification of each
product.
Low natrium content calcined microcrystal alumina powder of high content ofα-Al2O3. Less than 2µm of ultimate crystal size of the raw materials, the smaller the size of original crystal ,the better wear resistance of the finished products.

· Ball mills of large capacity and super fine grinding process
With large capacity of ball mills, the super-fine griding process can guarantee the granularity to be controlled in a best and continual status ,and the D50 less than 2µm,which is good for the growth of microcrystal during the firing.

· High powerful centrifugal spray machine to have the following advantages
   1.Better roundness and fluidity of the powder.
   2.Smaller grain size compared with the traditional spraying particles to have more smooth surface of the green body.
   3.Maximum density of the finished products by CIP.

· Dry lsostatic Press
Till now,dry isostatic press is the most advanced process in the world. By dry isostatic press, with Dorst press machine improted from Germany,the products can achieve uniform density and roundness.

· 92% Microcrystal Alumina Balls (CIP)in Metallurgy Industry
It is an advanced process for mineral industry,especially fot copper industry to use high alumina balls as grinding media.The traditional process is to use steel balls as grinding media.But,during the grinding,the steel balls will dissolve in the acid liquid quickly.This will lead to a very low griding efficiency and even make it very difficult to separate the steel from the copper.But if with high alumina balls,the balls will not dissolve in the acid liquid and this will greatly improve the grinding efficiency and reduce the cost.
